Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Production Supervisor is responsible for accurate planning and coordination for all manufacturing functions of the business while managing the production and repair technicians.
Duties & Responsibilities
BA/BS in business/operations and 5+ years hands on electronic manufacturing experience and a minimum of 1 year managing employees; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum three years’ experience in Warehousing / Inventory Management / Logistics in a manufacturing or logistics capacity.
Ability to lead and motivate subordinates through training, communication and participative management.
High degree of commitment, initiative, flexibility and attention to detail.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Requires the highest level of professional ethics, leadership, and appreciation for teamwork.
Must be able to effectively communicate across the organization on issues, deadlines, delays, etc.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrable proactive approach to roadblocks that risk the on-time completion of a project.
This individual will be comfortable working in an organization where short decision-making cycles, decisiveness, and individual responsibility and accountability are expected and valued.
Ability to accurately forecast and plan work assignments
Ability to assemble electro-mechanical equipment.
Problem solving and diagnostic skills related to assembly, testing and inspection.

Advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Outlook; MRP experience required and Syspro experience preferred.
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
